A commissioned piece created to showcase the patron’s Great Grandmother’s antique sundial in the center of the flower. On the sundial are the sweetest words “GROW OLD WITH ME THE BEST IS YET TO BE”. 4 leaf clovers were added among the grass to display the initials of the many grandchildren and great grandchildren. A sentimental and creative family tree of sorts, showing the wide scope and adaptivity of the barn quilt!
